1. Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At pretest, we are committed to offering a valuable mentorship experience. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below:

• All bookings for mentorship sessions are final and non-refundable.
• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
• We are not responsible for any missed or unused sessions. No exceptions will be made.

2. No Refunds

Payments made for mentorship sessions are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or requests to reschedule.

3. No Cancellations

Once a mentorship session is booked, it is final and cannot be canceled or altered. Please ensure your availability before confirming a booking.
